Flexituff believes; adherence to GMP, AIB and BRC IoP
norms is the means to an end. Eventually, it is the respect for the
quality of human life which drives us in our pursuit of Clean Room
conditions. A pursuit which takes due cognizance of the concerns of
our buyers. Hygiene levels at our plant are positively oriented for
Food Contact and Pharma Grade packaging.
The Assured Clean Room Concern:
Flexituff operates a dust and micro organism free plant where all
materials and processes are carried at off the floor levels and away
from the walls. All raw materials and consumables are approved for
food contact applications. Workers and staff are trained and
oriented for GMP and adhere to cleaning of feet through disinfectant
feet wash, non contact handwash, use of factory clothing, footwear
and face/hair nets.
The Responsibility Concern:
We feel, rewarding vendor-buyer realtionships develop out of
understanding expectations, delivering value and sticking to
commitments. To that effect, we have made sure that our buyers deal
with a responsive team of professionals who empathize with their
expressed and implied needs and keep them posted at every stage of
the order. For adequate reach, we normally deal with a limited
number of strategic resellers in any market.
The Delivery Schedule Concern:
Flexituff has enjoyed the patronage of some of the most
demanding corporations. Over 90% of our revenues are generated from
global sales, where timely deliveries are a pre-requisite to a
robust business relationship.
We are now testing a web based order tracking system, to help our
buyers be independently updated of the status of their orders. This
facility will be commissioned by April 2006.
The Cost Band Concern:
Flexituff utilizes it's economies of scale, efficiency of
integration and lower costs of Asia to the benefit of its buyers. We
also work at optimizing our bags while reducing costs or
rationalizing over specified bags with the consent of our buyers. |
