We have three manufacturing factories in
India which are equipped with a total of over 1000 (one
thousand) GEOTEXILE BAG STITCHING MACHINES and over 240 Looms.
Our PER DAY bag making capacity ranges from 261,000 (from RAW
Material stage to finishing) to 450,000 (conversion) of
various stitch-thicknesses in the range of 0.1mm to 12mm. We
also maintain a fully equipped MATERIAL TESTING LABORATORY IN
OUR FACTORY capable of testing as per most of ASTM and ISO
standards applicable in Geosynthetics Industry. UV TESTING
MACHINE IS ONE OF THE MAJOR HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR MANUFACTURING
SETUP! So as to ensure correct stitching (the key to success
of a geotextile bag, especially Nonwoven bag) & timely
delivery to the clients in India, especially in Eastern India,
we’ve set up 3 warehouses, one each in Kolkata, Siliguri &
Hajipur (Bihar). For specific cases, we also offer our
specialised stitching services (free-of-cost) to the clients
by sending our expert stitchers to their sites. We received a
small but very prestigious order for supply of nonwoven
geotextile bags from Bihar Govt in Dec-2011 and honoured our
delivery commitment by completing the supplies by 9/01/2012 as
per the order. When it comes to making geotextile bags,
Flexituff is fully capable of meeting tight-to-very-tight
delivery commitments although given at a very short
notice! |
